As a patient of Discover Chiropractic, we will send SMS message, and you agree to the following:

SMS Messaging Service
By providing your phone number, you consent to receiving SMS messages, including updates, promotions, and other relevant content.

Message Frequency
You will receive appointment reminders prior to each scheduled appointment, as well as a follow-up message to check in on your services. Marketing messages will be sent less than 4 times per month.

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier’s terms.

Your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be viewed above.

Opt-Out Instructions
